Return & Refund Policy

At Lotz Outdoors, we value customer satisfaction and stand behind our products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
✅ Condition: Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
✅ Packaging: Returned in its original packaging with tags attached
✅ Proof of Purchase: Receipt or order confirmation is required
⚠️ Important Notes:
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Contact us first before sending an item back.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for some returns.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow these steps:
1️⃣ Inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
2️⃣ Email us at shop@lotzoutdoors.com within 5 days of delivery.
3️⃣ Include:
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will evaluate your claim and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
3. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)
Personalized or custom-made products
Opened or used personal care items (e.g., skincare, hygiene products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Gift cards
Final sale or clearance items

4. Exchanges
To exchange an item:
1️⃣ Place a new order for the item you want.
2️⃣ Return the original item separately.
3️⃣ Once we receive and approve your return, we will process your refund.
This ensures fast processing and availability of the new item.
5. Refunds
Processing Time:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Refund processing time may vary based on your bank or credit card provider.
If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received a refund, contact us at shop@lotzoutdoors.com.
6. Cancellations & Order Modifications
- Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed.
- If an order has not yet shipped, we may attempt to cancel it upon request.
7. Legal Disclaimer
Lotz Outdoors reserves the right to:
✔ Refuse returns that do not comply with this policy
✔ Modify or update this policy at any time
✔ Limit refunds or replacements in cases of abuse or excessive returns
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. Customers should use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
