2. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to enter or win.

Limit one (1) prize per household during each Promotion unless otherwise stated on the applicable entry page.

The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

3. AGREEMENT TO RULES

By entering, each entrant agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and by Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

Questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Promotion must be directed only to Sponsor.

4. PROMOTION PERIOD

The applicable Promotion entry page will state the start date, end date, and applicable time zone for the Promotion (the “Promotion Period”).

Entries received before or after the stated Promotion Period are not eligible.

5. HOW TO ENTER

Follow the instructions on the applicable Promotion entry page to submit a complete and valid entry.

No purchase is required. A purchase does not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

The applicable entry page may offer optional bonus-entry actions, such as visiting a Lotz Outdoors social media page, joining an email list, or referring friends. Any available entry methods, bonus-entry values, and limits will be stated on that entry page.

Following a social media account is never required unless expressly stated on the applicable entry page.

Automated, robotic, programmed, scripted, bulk, or otherwise mechanically generated entries are prohibited and will be disqualified.

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who uses multiple email addresses, identities, registrations, accounts, or other methods to obtain entries in excess of the stated limits.

6. PRIZE DETAILS

The number of winner(s), prize description(s), and approximate retail value(s) (“ARV”) will be stated on the applicable Promotion entry page.

Prize(s) are awarded “as is,” without warranty or guarantee of any kind, express or implied, by Sponsor.

No cash alternative, transfer, assignment, or prize substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and for all costs and expenses associated with accepting or using a prize that are not expressly stated as included.

7. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

8. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, under Sponsor’s supervision.

The drawing will take place within a reasonable period after the Promotion closes.

Sponsor will attempt to notify the selected winner using the contact information submitted at entry, such as email address.

The selected winner must respond to Sponsor and claim the prize within seven (7) calendar days of the first notification attempt, unless the applicable entry page states a different response period.

A selected winner may be required to provide valid government-issued photo identification that matches the name on the winning entry and may be required to complete and return an eligibility affidavit, liability release, publicity release, tax form, or other requested documentation.

If a selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, is ineligible, does not comply with these Official Rules, or fails to provide required documentation, the prize may be forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing.

9. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, and entry content for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation.

10. PRIVACY AND MARKETING

By entering, entrants consent to Sponsor’s collection and use of their personal information to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, contact winner(s), and deliver prizes, consistent with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at https://lotzoutdoors.com/privacy.

Receiving marketing emails is optional and is not required to enter or win.

Entrants who separately opt in to marketing communications may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting [email protected].

Sponsor does not sell entrant data.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to participation in the Promotion or receipt, possession, use, misuse, or non-use of any prize, including:

Participation in the Promotion;

Acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or non-use of a prize;

Technical errors, failures, interruptions, or malfunctions;

Lost, late, incomplete, invalid, misdirected, damaged, delayed, garbled, or stolen entries or prizes;

Printing, typographical, administrative, or other errors in Promotion materials or administration.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sponsor’s aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Promotion will not exceed the ARV of the prize or prizes offered in that Promotion.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity, security, fairness, or proper operation of the Promotion.

Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or operation of the Promotion, violates these Official Rules, submits fraudulent information, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Any attempt to deliberately damage a website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. PLATFORM DISCLAIMER

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the applicable Promotion entry page, this Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, RafflePress, Rafflecopter, or any other third-party platform.

Entrants provide information to Sponsor and not to any such platform.

14. DISPUTES

The Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or connected with the Promotion will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Maryland.

Entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts and waive any right to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, or attorneys’ fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses directly associated with entering the Promotion, to the extent permitted by law.

16. SEVERABILITY
