I have the worst-shaped feet and calves for snowboard boots. It's just objectively true. Very short length-wise, very wide across, very high instep, and huge calves (thanks hiking 🤣). My biggest issue is I need something wide enough to fit my feet and caves that also has incredible heel hold and a precise fit length-wise. I have a very aggressive ride style and need something that I'm not swimming around in. I've tried several boots over the years, and I always wind up wearing the first pair I ever owned. They're the closest I get to a comfortable experience.
This is so infuriating because I literally sell snowboard gear and have done so for a decade. I have corrected problems like this for countless people, but when it comes to my own feet, I'm useless!
I will once again be buying a new pair of snowboard boots. I'm eyeing up some from Vans and Salomon. Any advanced lady shredders out there with personal recommendations? I'd love to hear them!
