For the past 14 weeks, I've been climbing 2-3 days indoors as part of a self-coached "Proven Plan" training regiment designed by The Power Company.
TLDR: it's been fantastic. I've really enjoyed following along, learning new exercises, and genuinely pushing my climbing beyond the plateau I was stuck on.

- For the amount of time and detail you get, their proven plans are very affordable– only $150 bucks a pop.
- The smartphone application that integrates with your plan is free and easy to use.
- The app is pretty powerful and will track all your data over the course of the plan so you don't have to.
- As part of a self-coached proven plan, I did not have access to unlimited personalized advice, but I was able to message with Power Company coaches. They were very responsive and very helpful.
- The library of exercises, all of which come with written instructions and video tutorials, was impressively vast.
I am looking forward to exploring more proven plans in the future. I may even splurge for a plan w/ a private coach next time!
