Food for thought: climbing helmets should be required inside

There's a helmet-wearing renaissance in outdoor rock climbing– more and more folks are wearing helmets outside. People seem to care more about migrating the risk of head injuries. It helps that helmets have better designs and are generally "cooler" than school helmets.   

So, should we be wearing helmets inside? Why don't gyms require helmets as part of their risk management plan?
