I have had a Smith & Wesson M&P 500 for what feels like all of my life. It felt right in my hand. It was the size I wanted, in the millimeter size I was looking for. It had a million excellent reviews. Blah, blah...Here's what I'll say: it's fine. Just fine.
I have always felt more proficient with a Glock- pretty much any Glock. I've never owned one, but every time I shoot one, I think "Oh, this is what I need." Consistency is effortless, and accuracy is easy. Plus, they're foolproof to clean and mod.
The M&P is everything I thought I wanted, but not really at all what I need. I still carry it because I've trained on it enough that it isn't a big deal. But I'm curious about other's go-tos for the concealed category?
