I have followed the carnivore diet (almost full-time) for the last 4 years. When it comes to hiking snacks, I have to get a little creative.
Beef jerky, pork rinds, mozzarella sticks, crab snacks, tuna packs, and my personal favorites - bacon, or protein bombs - a.k.a- hard-boiled eggs!
Anyone else out there have a diet they have to accommodate when packing to hit the trail?
